Current projects include:
- Sir William Newton Street Property – Located at the heart of the main financial street in Port Louis, in the vicinity of the Bank of Mauritius and other commercial banks, this 600 m2 site is currently being developed.
- St Georges Residences – St Georges Street, Port Louis - Located in the centre of Port Louis, this 1,350 m2 site is currently being developed. The project consists of a luxurious residential complex with 9 floors, consisting of 19 flats each with a living and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a clothes-drying area and balcony. The building will also be equipped for maximum comfort with a lift, pressurised water distribution system, stand-by generator, central TV system and individual parking lots.
