RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, execute and coordinate all services of the department
• Contribute to the planning of the department’s structure and budget (human, technical, financial)
• Anticipate and execute business needs through high-level discussions with Business Unit Heads and CEO
• Oversee and contribute to preparation of the departmental reports on key metrics, corrective actions and projects
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction for all services offered
• Identify suppliers and negotiate scope, terms and costs of services
• Identity improvement measures and implement corrective actions
• Provide efficient field support for all projects run by the department
• Be responsible for end-to-end completion of all dossiers (recruitment reviews, performance appraisal analysis, design of training plan, salary reviews, performance bonus, departmental reporting, presentations to Top Management)
• Continuously develop the Technical Interventions Services to cater for new exigencies of the company and its stakeholders, with the roll-out of projects and/or process changes

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Holder of a Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent field of study
• At least 10 years’ work experience in a similar position
• Strong interpersonal abilities, liaising with different stakeholders
• Strategic team player, generating creative ideas for the business
• Excellent leadership, networking and communication skills
• Results and performance-oriented, able to provide reviews and feedback and manage difficult interactions
• Strong project management abilities, particularly for cross-departmental projects
