Collecting and Using Rainwater
July 2020 - Rainwater harvesting systems implemented at Batimex, CPMD, Currimjee Head office, Emtel and MC Vision for cleaning, gardening and for connection to washrooms. 701,000 Litres of rainwater has been collected and used in 2019.View gallery
Responsible waste disposal
July 2020 - The Currimjee Group adopts the 4R (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). In 2019, 4.4 Tons of paper and 30 Tons of E-waste from business units were recycled. A national e-waste recycling program for the public was launched in May 2019 by Emtel.View gallery

Marine Biodiversity Conservation

July 2020 - Compagnie Immobilière Limitée (CIL) is included in the SEMSI since 2015, a national performance evaluation framework promoting sustainability, good governance and transparency. CIL obtained a score of 91% for Environmental criteria in 2019.View gallery
