Creating value sustainably through a portfolio of prime properties

The Real Estate cluster manages and develops Currimjee Group’s property portfolio, which includes strategically located assets in prime urban areas across Mauritius. The main yielding properties are owned and managed by Compagnie Immobilière Ltd, a listed entity on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. The cluster aims at optimising rental yields through asset diversification, creating specialised and mixed-use spaces to attract quality tenants and end customers.

 

It strongly advocates for urban regeneration, with a focus on preserving Mauritius' architectural and cultural heritage. Sustainability plays a central role in the cluster’s approach to property development and management, incorporating eco-friendly designs and equipment to enhance asset resilience.
