Compagnie Immobiliere Ltee - Expansion plan to grow the company's property portfolio
Shareholders of CIL and the general public are hereby informed that the Board of Directors of CIL will in the coming months contemplate to grow the Company's property portfolio as part of an expansion plan.
Discussions with relevant parties are still at an early stage and further information regarding the above will be disclosed to the market in due course. Shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's shares until such further announcement(s) is made.
