Our highly experienced personnel manage the entire Design, Build & Support cycle combined with proven project delivery methodology to deliver robust Switching, Wi-Fi, Network Security, IOT, Interactive TV and Video Surveillance solutions.
We are currently looking for a Junior IT/Network Engineer for our local and regional operations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Network Engineers to:
• Implement LAN, WLAN, Network Security and IPTV solutions at customer site
• Proactively detect and resolve issues at customer site using network monitoring tool
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring technical problems and identify solution to resolve the issue
• Participate in major transformation project including the exploration of new products and industry solutions
• Collaborate with sales team to perform appropriate pre-sales including Proof-of-Concept demonstration
Candidate Profile:
• Holder of a B. Eng. Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering, BSc in Computer Science, or equivalent
• Holder of a professional certification (ITIL, Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba or equivalent) will be considered as a plus
• Be action-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to continuously maintain level of technical certification required for the business
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility in working odd hours
• Holder of a valid driving license will be a plus but is not mandatory
