Join Our Team: Sales Consultant – Destination Management Company!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the dynamic world of travel? We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team at Silver Wings Travels Limited – A Currimjee Company.



Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the set sales performance targets
  • Make reservations and ensure that the seats are confirmed
  • Issue Air tickets correctly and ensure that all other procedures are handled correctly
  • Provide supplementary services such as online Check-in, manage frequent flier account and redemption tickets; hotel bookings, insurance, Visa processing, and other related travel services
  • Market for new Corporates and other customers in order to improve customer portfolio
  • Ensure that the corporate customers are handled efficiently and that related information and services are provided to them without delay
  • Call the customers systematically upon their return to ensure a good service
  • Keep proper records of calls
  • Ensure follow-up and receipt of payments from the debtors
  • Ensure that all the credit documents have been duly approved
  • Establish and maintain a positive rapport with the suppliers of service
  • Report to the General Manager regularly on the outputs
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement activities and other quality initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
  • HSC Level
  • Minimum 5 years of ticketing experience in an IATA Travel Agency.
  • Complete knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo GDS
  • Experience in selling Tours & Packages will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good Team player
