We Are Hiring: Senior Customer Engagement Consultant

 

Currimjee Informatics Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Customer Engagement Consultant to drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the highest quality standards across our operations. The role focuses on fostering strong customer engagement (both internal and external) and ensuring full compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Execute projects, support, and presales programs following CINF’s Project Management Framework.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of data and reporting under your responsibility within deadlines.
  • Assist the Manager in driving profitability by generating new orders and orders in stock as per AOP targets and ensure recognition as per plan.
  • Attend to corporate customers in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner to exceed expectations.
  • Lead project meetings with clients and conduct walkthroughs of deliverables.
  • Support multiple BI customers, drive business requirements sessions, and document deliverables across verticals.
  • Train and assess staff within deadlines, motivate employees, and maintain a friendly and productive working atmosphere.
  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and seek technical assistance for major projects.
  • Develop digital presence at both personal and corporate levels.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and technical policies and procedures within your unit.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and recommend relevant training for personal and team development.
Qualifications and Experience

Candidates Profile

 

  • Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience managing service fulfilment and support programs.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end implementation of BI solutions on multiple platforms (Power BI, MS BI Tools, IBM Cognos, and others).
  • Mastery of ETL scripts for data integration from SQL Server, Oracle DB, and TM1.
  • Expertise in MS BI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory).
  • Strong Data Warehouse design skills and experience with OLAP models and SSAS Multi-Dimensional models.
  • Ability to deliver product training on multiple platforms to technical teams.
  • Experience supporting multiple BI customers, driving business requirements sessions, and documenting deliverables across verticals.
  • Ability to lead project meetings with clients and conduct walkthroughs of deliverables.
