Constance Le Chaland is the first project within the integrated coastal development conceived by the Group’s Hospitality cluster. Launched in 2019 as Anantara IKO Mauritius Resort & Villas, the property transitioned in February 2026 to Constance Le Chaland, in partnership with Constance Hospitality under the management of Constance Hotels & Resorts. It represents the cornerstone of the cluster.
