Do you have the passion and vision to grow business and build strong partnerships? Batimex is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our Project Department and help us reach the next level of success.

 

About the Role

 

As the Business Development Manager, you will lead project sales and client acquisition across the architecture, design, and property sectors. You will play a key role in shaping and executing sales strategies, fostering long-term client relationships, driving early-stage project involvement and growing the team members to position Batimex as the supplier of choice.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within architecture, property development, interior design, hospitality, and corporate segments.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with project decision-makers to establish Batimex as a trusted partner.
  • Drive early-stage influence by promoting product specifications to consultants, designers, and investors.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Project Sales Executives, ensuring performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with technical, logistics, marketing, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills within construction, design, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project tracking tools.
