We Are Hiring – BI Consultant

 

CINF Ltd is looking for a proactive and skilled BI Consultant to join its Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will contribute to BI project delivery for customers, ensuring high-quality implementation, reporting, and support in line with the company’s Quality Framework.



Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct BI requirements gathering sessions and prepare requirements documentation.
  • Develop PL/SQL and PySpark notebooks, reports, and dashboards.
  • Conduct internal testing and facilitate user acceptance testing with end users.
  • Deliver training sessions and prepare customised training manuals.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on BI sites and attend to support calls.
  • Assist senior team members in pre-sales activities.
  • Conduct research and development on specific functionalities and BI solution capabilities.
  • Provide regular and accurate project status updates to the reporting manager.
  • Install and configure database and front-end applications (e.g., SQL Server, Power BI).
  • Perform basic Windows administration tasks, such as creation of ODBC connections.
  • Comply with all company guidelines and ensure adherence to standards.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in IT or a related field with good technical knowledge of RDBMS, BI solutions, and BI tools (Power BI, ETL scripts).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Self-learner, results-driven, innovative, and resilient.
