We Are Hiring – YEP Trainees (1-Year Contract, 3 Positions)

 

Currimjee Informatics Ltd is seeking three motivated trainees under the Youth Employment Program (YEP) Scheme to gain practical exposure in the Business Solutions and Commercial sector within one of our business units in Phoenix.

In this role, trainees will gain hands-on experience and professional exposure across different functional areas, supporting teams and contributing to real business projects.



Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Order Sheets and POs on the UNIFI App
  • Update Procurement Reports
  • Track status of products sent for repairs
  • Perform other Customer Service-related tasks

 

Infra Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with customer tickets
  • Update calls on the ticketing system
  • Perform server health checks
  • Perform other Infrastructure-related tasks

 

BI Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft training manuals
  • Assist with project documentation
  • Test BI deliverables
  • Perform other BI-related tasks
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration and Management OR
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong willingness to learn and work in a professional environment
  • Good organisational, communication, and analytical skills
