Digital Marketing & Content Architect

 

About the Role

The Corporate Office of Currimjee Group is looking to hire a Digital Marketing & Content Architect to join the Corporate Communications Team. This role will be reporting to the Head of Communications and Branding.

The Digital Marketing & Content Architect will build and orchestrate the entire content ecosystem, from brand storytelling and social media to performance marketing and digital platforms ensuring every message, campaign and asset aligns with the Group’s business objectives, brand promise and audience journeys.



Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital & Content Strategy

Design and own the Group’s end-to-end digital content ecosystem across all platforms and channels.

Translate brand, EVP and business priorities into coherent, high-impact storytelling and channel strategies.

 

  1. Brand Storytelling & Editorial Leadership

Act as the editor-in-chief of the brand’s digital voice, shaping tone, narratives and campaigns while ensuring all content is consistent, emotionally engaging and strategically aligned.

 

  1. Performance-Driven Marketing

Design and lead data-driven digital campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, leads and conversion, optimising content and media investment through insights and performance analytics.

 

  1. Social Media & Community Management

Build engaged brand communities by driving purposeful social campaigns, aligned editorial planning and real-time insights from audience sentiment and reputation.

 

  1. Content Production & Creative Direction

Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to deliver high-impact content while driving innovation across formats, platforms and emerging creative technologies.

 

  1. Digital Experience & Platform Governance

Work with IT, agencies and key stakeholders to ensure all digital platforms and tools deliver a coherent brand story and support marketing objectives.

 

  1. Analytics, Insights & ROI

Own digital performance analytics and use insights to optimise content, improve campaigns and demonstrate ROI to leadership.

 

Qualifications and Experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT or any related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content strategy, brand or growth marketing
  • Strong experience in:
  • Social media strategy
  • Content marketing
  • Performance marketing
  • Campaign management
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into storytelling and results
  • Strong writing in both English and French, editing and creative briefing skills
  • High digital literacy (analytics, CMS, social platforms, AI tools, marketing tech)
  • Ability to manage data with accuracy, maintain information quality and apply data protection practices.
