Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Currimjee Jeewanjee and Co. Limited is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join its Finance team.  We are looking for someone who is analytical, motivated and able to work under pressure with a good understanding of business and finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the compilation and execution of the Annual Operating Plan, budget and financial forecasts.
  • Prepare and issue Management Accounts, Board Packs and Audit & Risk Committee packs.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide meaningful commentary on financial performance.
  • Identify financial trends, cost optimisation opportunities and areas requiring corrective action.
  • Develop financial models to support long-term strategic plans and new business initiatives.
  • Partner with relevant teams to understand business performance and provide appropriate financial reporting.
  • Streamline FP&A processes through automation and modern financial tools.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics would be an advantage.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a dedicated FP&A role.
  • Proven experience in preparing Board and Committee-level presentations.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good understanding of corporate governance and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
