We Are Hiring – IT Engineer

 

CINF Ltd is looking for a proactive and skilled IT Engineer to join its Managed Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and services across a portfolio of clients, while ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual SLAs and the company’s quality framework.



Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise IT systems including servers, networks, storage, and end-user devices across client environments.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage virtualisation platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V) and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365).
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data protection and business continuity.
  • Monitor client infrastructure using RMM tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN configurations.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 tenancies including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
  • Conduct IT health checks, service reviews, and provide technical recommendations to clients.
  • Provide timely communication on incidents, service requests, and project updates.
  • Participate in presales activities, including technical assessments and solution design.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in systems administration, network management, and IT infrastructure support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and monitoring tools.
  • Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell) are an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, CompTIA, ITIL) will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a client-oriented mindset.
