We Are Hiring – Property Officer
CRE Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Officer to join its Asset Management team. In this role, you will support the effective management of the property portfolio by coordinating tenant-related activities, ensuring compliance with lease obligations, and delivering high standards of tenant service and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
- Support tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, including check-in and check-out formalities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Log tenant complaints in the property management system and monitor progress until resolution
- Conduct regular tenant visits and follow up on issues raised to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate tenant fit-out works and liaise with the Facilities Manager for technical support where required
- Carry out routine property inspections and report findings for corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, Tenant Criteria Manual, company policies, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor security deposits and follow up on top-ups where required
- Track insurance policy submissions and ensure proper filing and record keeping
- Follow up on audited turnover statements and support calculation and collection of turnover rent where applicable
- Coordinate maintenance activities within leased premises and ensure minimal disruption to tenants
- Assist with leasing administration, including tenant records updates and documentation management
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Manager
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, security, and presentation through daily inspections of the property
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in property management, leasing administration, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with strong attention to detail
- Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
