We Are Hiring – Tours Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences for clients and delivering exceptional service? Silver Wings Travels Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Tours Sales Consultant to join our Outbound team.

As a Tours Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and booking travel arrangements for individuals and corporate clients. You will ensure customer satisfaction, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our dedicated clientele.



Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Tours, Holiday Packages, and Air Tickets to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales performance targets for Packages, Tours, and Air Tickets
  • Make and confirm all land arrangements including hotels, tours, transfers, insurance, visa processing, and other related travel services
  • Perform air bookings and ensure all services are accurately confirmed
  • Issue vouchers, itineraries, and other travel documents while following company procedures
  • Handle customer queries efficiently, providing accurate and timely information
  • Conduct post-travel follow-ups with customers and maintain proper records
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Negotiate with partners when needed to secure better deals for clients
  • Ensure follow-up and receipt of payments and that all credit documents are approved
  • Guide and support Travel Consultants in meeting customer needs
  • Report regularly to the Agency Manager / Marketing & Product Development Officer
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and quality initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
  • HSC or equivalent qualification\Min
  • minimum 5 years’ experience in an IATA Travel Agency
  • Proven experience in selling Tours & Packages
  • Good knowledge of Amadeus (knowledge of air ticketing is an advantage)
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and other digital platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, tourism products, and trends
  • Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, solution-driven, and a team player
