Through six dedicated modules, participants will explore key themes including leading self, leading others, leading change, innovation, and growth, while working on action learning projects linked to real business priorities.
The programme is facilitated by Rougen Naidoo, Managing Director of Siya-Saran Learning Design, and builds on the success of the 2024 MDP and the Transitional Leadership workshops conducted earlier this year.
During the opening session, Vanesha Pareemamun, Chief Human Resource Officer of the Group, and M. Iqbal Oozeer, Managing Director of the Group, emphasised the importance of collaboration, shared values, and collective leadership in shaping the future of the organisation.
Beyond leadership development, the MDP also aims to strengthen collaboration across entities, reinforce accountability and execution, and contribute to building a sustainable leadership pipeline.
